We start with developing a schedule for the procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and startup of your food production equipment. Upon development of the schedule, we prepare scope and pricing documents for the procurement and installation of the process equipment.
Once the equipment arrives on your site, we provide an on-site manager and office support staff during the installation to manage the process equipment installation.
When you use our services for the process equipment purchasing and installation services we will:
Purchase the processing equipment from the approved vendors based on the design documents and approved quotes
Contract with vendors and sub-contractors for the installation of the processing equipment, control system, and equipment utilities
Manage the testing and startup of the process equipment
Coordinate training provided by process equipment vendors for your operations and maintenance personnel in the operation to the process equipment
